This month, we’re excited to spotlight Lacy Stillwell, our Accounting and IT Manager, whose well-rounded background and passion for continuous improvement help keep our operations running smart and strong.

Meet Lacy Stillwell

Lacy’s path to Prime Foods is anything but one-dimensional—and that’s exactly what makes her such a valuable part of our team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from USI and recently earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Indiana University. Over the years, Lacy has built experience across multiple functions, including human resources, purchasing, accounting, and IT.

That diverse background gives her a unique perspective. “Having experience in so many different functions has given me a well-rounded understanding of how business operates and what it takes to support growth,” Lacy shared. It’s this big-picture mindset that allows her to connect the dots between departments and contribute meaningfully to Prime Foods’ continued success.

A Culture Built on Values and Growth

For Lacy, Prime Foods’ culture is a big part of what makes her role so rewarding. She points to the company’s strong values and shared commitment to continuous improvement as key drivers of her positive experience.

“Our leadership team really encourages us to grow, both personally and professionally,” she said. “That keeps things exciting and helps me keep learning.” She also appreciates Prime Foods’ focus on work-life balance—an important part of sustaining long-term success both at work and at home.

Life Beyond the Numbers

Outside of the office, Lacy’s life is just as full and active. Much of her time is spent cheering on her kids at school activities and sporting events—something she truly loves. She’s also very involved in her church, which plays an important role in her life and values.

Whether she’s supporting her family, her community, or her colleagues at Prime Foods, Lacy brings the same dedication and care to everything she does.
