We follow the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), a globally recognized system used to identify and control potential food safety hazards. We are also SQF Level 3 certified and our processing plant is monitored by FDA and USDA inspectors.

Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Certification Program
SQF is recognized by retailers and foodservice providers who require a rigorous, credible food safety management system. The SQF Program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is administered by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI).
