Ingredients

For the Deviled Egg filling:

  • 12 Kramer Farms Hard Boiled Eggs
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked & crumbled (plus an additional ¼ cup, reserved)
  • 5 jalapeños, seeded & small diced (reserve a small amount for garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp granulated onion
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

To top finished eggs:

  • Paprika, as needed
  • Jalapeños, small diced
  • Bacon, crumbled

Yield: 24 egg halves
Prep time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Start by slicing your Kramer Farms peeled hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them into a medium mixing bowl, arranging the egg white halves neatly on a serving tray or container.

To the bowl of yolks, add the mayonnaise, white vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, sugar, salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion, black pepper, most of the diced jalapeños (reserving a bit for garnish), and 1 cup of the cooked bacon (reserving the remaining ¼ cup). Using a whisk or fork, mix everything together until the filling is smooth and fully combined. Give it a taste and adjust seasoning if needed—this is your chance to dial up the heat or balance the flavors just the way you like!

Once the filling is ready, transfer it into a piping bag or a resealable sandwich bag. If using a sandwich bag, snip a small corner off the bottom to create a makeshift piping tip. Pipe the filling generously into each egg white half, creating a smooth or slightly swirled finish.

Just before serving, garnish the eggs with a light sprinkle of paprika, the remaining diced jalapeños, and the extra crumbled bacon for an irresistible final touch.

Delicious to the Final Whistle

These Bacon Jalapeño Deviled Eggs are the ultimate Super Bowl snack—easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for sharing no matter which team you’re cheering for. From kickoff to the final whistle, they’re guaranteed to be a fan favorite on your game-day spread. Make a double batch if you can…because these eggs never make it to overtime!
